High up on the mountains, Upville is nicknamed 'Capital Of The Winter Mountains' because of it's chilly and foggy subarctic climate, being near the northwestern coast at 52N. Since the winters have a deep, reliable snowpack peaking at 50-55cm on average, this area is also famous for skiing. Cold snaps happen several times a winter, bringing temperatures down to the -20's C and -30's C. Summers are generally mild with occasional spells of cool or warm weather. Humidity is generally 50-65% year round, peaking in winter.

B-, not bad, but winters are colder than ideal, summers are cooler than ideal (and its record lows are too cold) and it's too dry and cloudy.

B- for me. Winter record highs are a bit too high and summer could be somewhat wetter and sunnier.
