This time, I added average sunshine percent and humidity levels

Absurdly sunny in the summer given how mild the temperatures are. Gave it an A despite the sub-freezing record low temperatures during shoulder seasons.

Grade: D+ (too hot, dry and way too sunny in summer, too warm and wet in winter).

Except for the extreme lows, that could be almost any town in the far south west of Western Australia. Very similar stats, including rainfall.
