Looking at Darksky's archives, the winter appears to be even warmer than it is in the averages. I think the average high in January should be 16 C.

Too dry throughout the year.
Winters are very mild, similar as April or October here in my region.
Summers are not bad in the terms of temperature.

Suspiciously cool during summer. I found another source for its 1981-2010 averages and it shows much warmer temps:
