Port city on BC's north coast, Prince Rupert is Canada's wettest and cloudiest cities.
Don't expect a lot of A's and B's for this one.

And i'm sure, from research, there is not already a rate the climate for Prince Rupert.

Less snow than I thought, so same grade as I give to the Ireland, Scotland, and higher elevations of England: 77%/C+.

Pretty awful (I like the name though ) - and it also shares with western parts of Scotland (and to a lesser extent much of the UK) the annoying characteristic of peaking in sunniness in mid to late Spring, with ever-increasing cloudiness after that. E-/F+.

I have griped about the often gloomy and drippy weather we get in Oregon's Willamette Valley during the winter and early spring often enough. I would wax lyrical about having to endure that gloominess 11 or 12 months a year, year after year.
That would be my future were I to live here. A thoroughly uninviting climate. "D" and that high only because winters are relatively mild.
