My wife visited Helsinki and completely loved the city. I am definitely visiting there if she liked it so much what's the cost of living like in each third of Finland? I divide Finland up in the Helsinki 1/3, Oulu 1/3, and Rovaniemi 1/3 . Regarding language, fair enough. I did grow up trilingual, so I have that going for me I suppose
It's the same everywhere. In Helsinki you just pay more for housing.
