I like Wunderground the most. You can get official conditions from airports not just personal stations, in addition to good radar and live cameras.

RadarScope, Wunderground, & Weather Alert USA are my favorites.

Weird once I thought about it since alcohol would be illegal for someone his age here. Not that most American older teens cared, but it'd be odd to be drinking casually at home, especially for the type that care about rules like that. And it discouraged some.
