I made a two sandwiches (used whole wheat bagel thins) earlier today made from grilled chicken, salmon, cream cheese and cheddar cheese and I seered it on a pan for about 6 mins (3 mins on each side) to melt the cheddar cheese. Was really simple but ****ing delicious.

^ That looks like a great climate even if winters are too mild for my tastes. Plenty of cold weather, wind, hail and thunderstorms.
