I made a two sandwiches (used whole wheat bagel thins) earlier today made from grilled chicken, salmon, cream cheese and cheddar cheese and I seered it on a pan for about 6 mins (3 mins on each side) to melt the cheddar cheese. Was really simple but ****ing delicious.
That sounds really good. Mine was also simple but the ingredients were all fresh, most notably the lettuce from my garden.
Time flies so fast... it's already the second half of the year wow
Meh, it seems like people say that every year.
It seems like I've been through quite a bit this year so far. Not all of it so good. New Year's Day seems pretty distant, so I'd say this year has gone by rather slowly for me.
