Don't Canadians always say IT'S 99 DEGREES (F) when hot, but -25 degrees (C) when it's cold?
Doesn't really make any sense, when the scales encounter only at -40.
As I'm Euro-trash, I obviously use the metric system only.
My general sense is that most Canadians don't do this when at home, and everyone I know will give temperatures in degrees C in both summer and winter.
The exception would be when they are on a trip to Florida and Arizona, and will give the temperatures in F as they hear them on American weather forecasts.
Other exceptions (though not related to weather) are pool temperatures and also stove cooking temperatures which are usually in F. This is because the equipment is often the same stuff as what you have in the US and is programmed in F.
Some Northern Irish cranky extremists flew to Nigeria with an Airbus and started terrorising the locals with stupid arguments.
What was the organisation called?
Spoiler
Boke Haram
Lolz.
