Hottest and coldest days per year on average (by mean) (warmest, averages)

For instance, a day of 60 F / 40 F (16 / 4 C) would have a mean of 50 F / 10 C.

I'm going to guess that Nashville's hottest day of the year averages about 88 F / 31 C, and our coldest 20 F / -7 C.

Here goes. In case of a tie, the date is the one I like the best.
Interestingly, 2013's hottest and coldest days were 2 of the 21 days in 2013 I first rode in someone's 2008 and newer Accord.

After I crunched the numbers:
The average highest mean was 87 F / 31 C, most likely on July 17.
The average lowest mean was 17 F / -8 C, most likely on January 21.

Haven't got any figures at hand, but I'm guessing the hottest day would probably average 23C (18/28C), and the coldest about 3C ( -3/9C)

Not going to do dates, as I have no reason to believe they will be far off from the normal (i.e. statistically fitted) coldest/hottest day of the year. 30-yr averages ending on 2013.

I'm guessing the warmest day here will be about 22C (27/17) and the coldest about -4C (-1/-7).

Haven't got any average figures, but for the last 12 months:
Coldest day January 12th: Mean -12.9C (-8.9C / -15.8C)
Warmest day July 9th: Mean 25.3C (31.3C / 17C)

No idea.. probably something like 32/20, which would give a mean of 26C

We don't really get lows above 20C very often at all

Too lazy to examine the stats but in Saskatoon, I'd say the hottest and coldest days that typically occur every year would be

High 33 C, Low 19 C for an average of 26 C

and

High -30 C, Low -40 C for an average of -35 C

Coldest is probably about 20F (-7C) and warmest 90F (32C)
