B+. Not bad! I love the temperatures and snow. The extremely low sunshine hours are one thing I don't like about it though. Too much summer rain as well.

Great winters but a little too wet for my liking. Summer could be also warmer for me.
Looking at the sunshine totals in winter, that place must be north of the Arctic circle, so in return i would like to have a sunnier summer than those 140 hours per month in July.
I would say its a D+, D because of the very low sunshine hours.

Winters are too cold, and I don't like polar night. Summers are fine.

C+

Also, does the name have to be that long?

B+. Those summers are, well, too cool and wet. I like my summers to be pleasantly mild, like those where you live. Everything else is fine, though I'm not sure if I'd like that polar night.
