I like it, because it's just at the limit of mediterranean climate with continental influence, (typical of inland areas at Iberian peninsula) with oceanic climate (typical of northern Iberian coast).
There is also a lot of summer thunderstorms, and snow is relatively frequent.

Winters are similar to mine, while summers are cool and cloudy, with too much rainy days. March-October is too cool.
It's a mild climate, not bad but I prefer Rimini of course.

I'm surprised for those record lows, are they due to winter inversions or altitude?
Is snow common in Vitoria's winters?

They are due to altitude because the city is located at 525 m above sea level, in a small high plateau in the upper Ebro valley.
The city is also prone to continental cold air mass, because its location near to France.
Yes, snow is common, at least it's snowier than average of cities in Spain.

B-

Good summers, but the winters are a bit like ours, only a bit milder and drier.

Very similar to mine. We don't track sunshine hours in Corvallis (OR) but my guess is we get around 2100 to 2200 hours. That's not enough but is certainly better than the 1830 this place gets.

Rates a C/C- for it's mildish winters and its 103 days of precipitation.

C for me. Winter days are too cold and it's doesn't get enough sunshine.

Lows are mild for it's altitude. It surprises that Spain has minimum temps so mild at altitude compared to here. It looks like Oceanic climates get cooler night time temperatures during winter than Mediterranean climates.
