E-. The average low of 88 in August must feel awful. It gets saved from an F by the cooler season. Though the humidity is worse than I thought at first, so I it's almost an F+.

Ouch!
How can anyone sleep there?
June: avg high 39C & avg low 29C with 63 % avg humidity...Sauna! not even the warmest month...
Even the sea is too warm much of the year.
