Icicle Mountain, as the name describes, is a mountain with an ice cap climate. It has cold conditions year round, with the AUGUST AVERAGE HIGH a freezing -7.2C. No thawing has ever been recorded. The snowfall is extreme, at 885 inches. Due to it's location above an oceanic island, it has only 424 hours of sunshine per year, which adds to the horror.

I am expecting a record number of F votes (lol)... Personally I would rate this an E, I like snow but I am sure this is over the top for any cold lover! (Still better than hot desert climate though, that would kill me...)

This gets even an F from me, but a F+ one.
No thawing ever recorded? Good could live that in Antarctica close to the south pole where it is dry and the daily deviations are large. Not here though and its far too snowy as well.

E. Temperatures are okay for winter, though it's probably windy most of the time. Far too cloudy and snowy and the endless winter would get old fast, but it would do great as a winter resort. Also, the snow-water ratio is low, so a lot of the snow must be heavy and not powdery.
