C from me. I don 't like the dryness between May through September. And I would like a litte bit cooler average highs in summer months.

B.
Average temperatures are almost identical to Rimini, but at a 37°N latitude instead of 44°N. Tripoli is wetter and more prone to extremes though. Winter record low temperatures are a bit extreme (-16°C in March?).
However, this is a mediterranean climate, not "continental", which would require the coldest month below 0°C.

C- for me. Winter is a bit too cold, and the records lows are nasty.

Yes I made a mistake it is mediterranean influenced by the elevation. In March 1987 we had a very cold and snowy weather here.

Also Tripoli is the coldest city of south Greece due to the elevation the others have mild winters and hot summers.

D-

Awful. It's like Canberra with wetter winters and drier summers. Summers are too hot and winters too cool.

So far, only one climate in Greece has been rather tolerable. I'm disappointed...
