How would the global climate change in the following scenario:

1. All populated continents (North America, South America, Africa, Europe, Asia and Australia) are moved south by 10 degrees of latitude. For example:

NYC - 30N
London - 41N
Tokyo - 25N
Sao Paulo - 33S
Sydney - 43S

etc.

2. Antarctica was moved from its current location to the middle of the Pacific so the South Pole is centered on the equator.

How would the global ocean circulation patterns change? Would the population distribution of the planet be any different? What would the climate of the some of major global cities listed above be like?
