Summer average max and min: 85º-65ºF or 29º-18ºC
Winter average max and min: 65º-45ºF or 29º-7ºC
Record high and low: 95º-35ºF or 35º-2ºC
Annual precipitation: 20 inches (508 mm)
Dispersal of precipitation: (concentrated in summer, winter, evenly distributed, etc.) even distribution
Rainy days per year: 12 (yes, really, one day a month--that's it)
Snowfall (if any): 0
Annual sunshine hours: 3,500 (or basically sunny 97% of the time when it's daylight hours)
Average humidity: 10%
Climate classification: not sure, except that it must be stable, no bipolar up & down tendencies like what you see in spring. I absolutely HATE that.

I like it sunny a lot, as you can tell. I hate cloudy days. Rain is mostly a necessary evil so the holes I like to swim in aren't dry. Rain fast and get it over with, and get out of here immediately after. I don't like "wild swings" in the temperatures, if on a given day the normal high is 75, then be 75, not 55 one day and 95 the next. That to me is appalling. I like it warm enough to swim but not HOT. I almost voted for it being 75-55F in the winter (24-13C) but relented there.

Rain is good! However, I do like it shot, thundery and and snappy, then I want the sun out... Non of that overcast weather without rain! God I hate the British climate in Autumn!

Fascinating

Whenever posters post a climagraph, and ask what readers think about it, almost all the posts praise continental climates and show disdain for warmer ones.

On this thread, posters lean to the warmer.

I am no exception
Tuxetopia:

Summer average max and min: 32°/15°C (90/59°F)
Winter average max and min: 15°/5°C (59/41°F)
Record high and low: 40°/-5°C (104/23°F)
Annual precipitation: 620mm (24") (almost all of it as rain)
Dispersal of precipitation: (concentrated in summer, winter, evenly distributed, etc.) [if in Northern hemisphere]: Peak December thru April, dry by June, secondary peak in July (about 30mm/1.2"), dry again (Tuxetopia has never recorded rain in October)
Rainy days per year: 50
Snowfall (if any): Average 15cm (6"), though some years may have more snow, and some none at all.
Annual sunshine hours: 2800-3200
Average humidity: 40%
Climate classification: Csa (Mediterranean, warm summer, irregular with trace of short summer monsoon)
And whichever other categories that you wish to include: Nearly consistent wind average 16 km/h (10mph) in summer months.
