I could be nuts, but I don't care for heat. I like my place cool inside 55-60 in winter.

That's the perfect indoor temperature range in winter.

You both have company. Our heat is never set any higher than 58 degrees...and I keep various windows cracked for fresh air.

75 is brutal for winter. It's too warm even for summer. I never want to live with a roommate again, that's for sure.

Are you male or female? There are certain activities that are more conducive to warmer temps if you know what I mean...
