You mean both? If that's the case, I don't know, but Skagway, Alaska has peak precipitation in the fall.

Most of the UK has it's rainy season in the autumn (apart from the south coast, which has a wet winter and dry summer).

Texas and the south plains have a bimodal distribution with peaks in both spring and fall.

This is normal to me, although I guess it is typical of climates in Europe which are transitional between eastern and western influence
