I'm sorry, I confused the record low with the low average.
Low summer average are high, I like that but this climate still not receives enough warm rain in the summer time and too much cold rain during the winter, if the rainfall pattern was reversed, this climate would be much better.

Fair enough... But cold rain is nice, sometimes... Anyhows, it will be sunny when it's not raining and 21.6C (70.9F) as an average high on the coldest month isn't a bad thing...
I'll put in some mean temps so people don't get confused... LOL
