I'm not sure we got above 38 F/3.5 C today. While still not an ice day, that would be the coolest high we've had since March 18.

I'm beginning to wonder if we'll even have a single ice day the way things are going. However, we've gotten them as late as early March, so the possibility is still definitely there.

So far this winter (2014-2015). Temps in F.

Nov. 18 (32/19)
Jan. 7 (27/8)
Jan. 8 (29/4)
Feb. 15 (26/13)
Feb. 16 (high 31. Low likely 17-19) It's 10:41 pm 2/16 where I am right now, and 19 F.

Forecast is for Feb 17-20 to be ice days as well. The high on Feb. 20 is forecast as near freezing though.

So 5 ice days in the bag, and 4 forecast. My prediction is 10 ice days now. We had a crap December and an average January.

Since mid January, not having going above freezing has been the usual. It'd be simpler to count "no ice days".
