Average high for September and May is 22c. So yes if we count these months, it has happened before.

Not possible here in miami. Especially not in key biscayne (average highs in the summer mid-upper 80s. We hit 80 maybe 3-10 times dec-feb and never more than about 82 in my experience.

I think it can happen in NE Scotland though. Places round Aberdeenshire have hit 18C in January, that must be close to the average July/August high.

Down here the record Dec/Jan high is around 16-17, about 5 short of a typical July day.

It's extremely rare.

Usually, the highest it can get in winter is 26C, and that's in late August. Our summer average is 28C. We've got a record of 29C in August though.

It's never happened before in recorded history in Perth, so near impossible.

no.

all-time winter high is below 18ºC, summer average high is above 24ºC.
But I've had 14/15ºC highs in summer, and 16ºC highs in winter in the same year.
