What is the location with the warmest winter averages that have seen snowfall at least once in recorded history?
My guess it's that it's Miami with an average January temperature of 76/60 that has recorded snow once.
Are there any other places that have such warm winters yet have recorded snowfall?
What about warmest winters that record snow accumulations more winters than they do not or that average at least 3 inches of snow each winter?
My guess is this one might be somewhere in central Texas that averages daytime highs in the 60s and lows in the 40s during its coldest month but has strong enough and frequent enough cold snaps that bring on at least one snow event most winters.
