F+. Strange climate...the only good thing about it is that the July and August highs are below 30C.

Not overly uncomfortable, but it's too sunny most of the year, and way too dry and too warm before monsoon. July and August look extremely interesting. D

Very odd climate (those sunshine hours in the middle of summer )
