Hammonton NJ. Cute little town with lots of foliage, and has great U-Pick farms nearby . A bit on the poor side though, if you don't mind.

Depends on where in the Northwest. Most places east of the Cascades don't receive very much precipitation. Also July, August and sometimes September are extremely dry in the Pacific Northwest, though the rest of the year is wet.

Where I'm at, we have pretty high annual rainfall, about 60 inches. But the number of days with precipitation isn't that high (about 100 days).

Rainfall often comes in large amounts all at once here.

East of the 100th parallel or Pacific NW,AK panhandle or Windward Hawaii is you best options.

Seattle is located narrow land between Puget Sound and Lake Wash., I'm talking about west of the Olympics.
