Have any of the East Coast cities received snow yet besides Maine? I was wondering.

We received our first half inch of snow last week here in Eastern, PA.... I know places like up in the Poconos and in NJ received 1-2+ inches... I even think NYC and Long Island may have received measurable snow as well... but nothing like what Maine has had. I'm sure areas in the New England states have received snow as well.

Snow falling from sky yes.

Snow accumulating? the only stations that have reported measurable snow are these, not including the obvious in Maine and not including the Traces of snow.

Allentown,PA: 0.50"
Pittsburgh, PA: 0.50"
Providence, RI: 1.0"
Worcester, MA: 0.8"
Albany, NY: 1.0"
Binghamton, NY: 2.9"
Concord, NH: 0.3"
Burlington, VT: 0.6"
Portland, ME: 1.7"
Gray, ME: 5.1"

Outside these areas there have been many more locations with accumulating snow including 3-4" inches in areas of CT

Don't you wish we kept official records for each town? (I cant get tired of saying that, lol). We would have better data nationally & globally. And it would be weather weenie stat heaven!

Snow was forecasted, but it never materialized, only rain.

Yes, I agree! It was eye opening when you posted the difference between Buffalo Airport which got like 1.5 in and West Seneca which had 57 in. There should be detailed records for every town.
