Yes I know but to not even get a wet snow shower all winter is very very odd.

I don't know how that is even possible.

When I lived in Southampton it snowed once in 4 years.

Last year was a very mild winter so even though snow is rare in Portsmouth, I wouldn't call 6C a cold snap really
