Its on Zulu time which I gotten used to looking at weather models and weather maps. Not even sure if it has the option to change to local time.. I'll actually look again now.

Ponds, Lakes and rivers will finally start to freeze up
Here we are 6 days later. Last 3 days have had below freezing temps. Rivers are freezing up. Saw some ponds and small Lakes frozen as well. Will take more photos this weekend.
