Which climate would you prefer, and why ?

Binghampton:
Binghamton, New York - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Turku:
Turku - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

I'd go with Turku. 72 F in july sounds perfect, and the cold winters indicate lots of snow .

Both suck but if I'm going to have to put up with a horrible, cold winter, I want to be rewarded with a real summer. Binghamton.

Binghampton gets more than double the snow we do.

But obviously Binghampton for me. It's warmer but has still a real winter.

edit: Y U No public poll?

Turku for the cooler summers.

Sunshine hours are probably about the same for both climates. Binghamton's summers aren't bad, but are more prone to heat and humidity than Turku.

Note Binghamton Airport is 800 feet higher than the city.

Both have great winters but rather lousy summers. But I thought Binghamton was cloudier in summer, thought it had a reputation for excessive cloudiness. Maybe only in winter.

I choose Binghamton for the warmer summers and for being wetter overall.

Binghampton is the most perfect North American climate to me, so obviously I pick it, although Turku isn't that bad either.

Binghamton for the summer, although it is still spring-like in July. Nightmarish places in the winter but at least New York has real warmth for a while.

Turku for milder summers.

Binghampton is too continental and it's humid in summer.
