Confirming fog here with a scattered snowpack and piles of snow.. Temps aloft shown here and metars. Fog all over Southern New England.. This is first time I seen a warm surge like this. Yellows = pockets of 50s at 4000 feet over Philly.

Warm East. That freezing line pushing East.
