Joining in the fun with all the German cities. London's 2015 was a particularly cloudy year (November was the cloudiest on record) with mostly average temperatures (August and September were terrible, December was the warmest on record).
I would normally rate London a C, but this year is a C-, only the December mildness stopping this from entering into D+ territory.
March was mild by my local standards, and April had an average or near normal max temps for here (15.6C at MDW and 16.4C in my suburb). November had mild temps by my standards but the sunshine hours were absolutely horrific. Our cloudiest month on record was November 1985 which recorded 47.3 hours. As for the rest of the year, as everyone is well aware, I am not a fan of oceanic winters or summers. Though if I remember correctly, London did record it's highest absolute max for July last year. Was it 37C? That was higher than what we recorded for 2015 which was 35C in August.
I forgot to add. That this past May in London would be second coolest on record at MDW and coolest on record in my suburb. What London saw in June would be typical of what we see in May (my suburb had an average max of 23.4C last May so more like London in July), August was horrible, but so was September. October would also be considered quite cool here. This December was insanely mild in London.
Grade is an F for sure

Pretty crap year. June and April were good and November/December were very mild which was good but also record gloomy
Somehow we managed to miss a good July that everywhere else in Western Europe had and then of course August was a stinker with way below average sunshine and way above average rainfall. After 1st July the year turned to crap basically.
Below average sunshine in every single month from June onwards (September aside) What a f***king joke
I'll give it a D+ sunshine was not good and it was way too wet in the summer. Mildness especially in the latter part of the year was great
