C-: Too hot year round but it is better than being lukewarm to cool year round in NW Europe. I would also think the sunshine is pretty good as well. However, the winters need to cool down quite a bit.

Hellish. For their own good I'd hope that they'd get dry heat, but I doubt that since they're on the coast.

Djibouti City has a fairly identical climate to Tadjoura with humidity figures as well:

Looks horrible. Then add Islamic dresscodes to that and it's heatstroke central It'd needed to transform itself to a beach resort. Imagine swimming in that water in summer?
