London has less rain, less wind and warmer winters than Paris, with Central heating it doesn't really matter though.

Which one gets more winter sunshine? The temperature differences aren't enough for me to automatically pick London over Paris so I pick the sunnier one.

I don't think there's much difference between London and Paris when it come to sunshine, particularly in winter time...

Also just realized, but nighttime temps in London are lower than that in Paris... And early in the Nights is when most people will be in their homes watching TV...

That's because London's temps are from Heathrow and Paris' are from close to the centre. London WC is much warmer than Central Paris in winter.

Neither. Both would be absolutely miserable without central heating.. similar to how it would be here without central heating... yuck!

Paris Orly is as far from the centre as Heathrow.
