find a climate that has a difference of 123°F/69°C or more between the record high and record low during one month.

Edit: sorry posting one after someone else...

Herceg Novi, Montenegro?

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Herceg_Novi#Climate

Fits all of the criteria but i don't know the record low. i'm pretty sure its above 20°F/-6.67°C but whether or not its above 24.8°F/-4°C I'm not sure. it is very close either way. We know Durrës, Albania to the south has a record low of 23°F/-5°C but that city is a more exposed location so there is a possibility Herceg Novi, being located in a bay, has a higher record low.

The closest I could find is Snag, Yukon, with a 67.0 °C difference in January and 66.8 °C difference in December.

Interesting, and a good suggestion. However, I believe the record low will be colder than -4c.

idk it even says on Wikipedia that it is situated within a special microclimate.

"Herceg Novi has a specific microclimate, which is a result of southern exposition, proximity to the sea, limestone substratum and mountainous hinterland which prevents the breakthrough of cold air masses."

its a real possibility...

@Jakobsli Pontevedra, Spain must have been what you had in mind...

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pontevedra#Climate

also notice how Pontevedra's record low (-3.6°C/24.8°F) is actually higher than Vigo to the south (23°F/-5°C). Probably because it is situated further in the ria, providing a better microclimate.

as far as difference annually, Glendive is 93°C while Delta Junction is 91°C. something about a place capable of extreme heat (117°F/47°C) as well as extreme cold (-50°F/-46°C) looks so impressive, i doubt any other place on earth is capable of temperatures hotter and colder than Glendive.

How about a place in North America with a record high that is below 70F/21C for every month of the year.
