It's not normal. Again, I've been talking to people about the local weather and they've all commented on how sunny and warm it is.

October is a cool month, it's not supposed to be 23c. It's not summer.

Average temperature is 18c, it's been around that. It's also not uncommon to have sunny skies either. Most people don't have a clue what they are talking about, when it comes to weather and climate.
