This climate is located between 20-30˚ N, and fairly high up (1000m) with mild, wet "winters" and warm summers. The two main seasons in Forever Spring are summer (May-Sep) and winter (Oct-Apr).
All months are consistently uniform is characteristics, with winters being cloudier and wetter while summers and warmer and more clear.
There is a slight peak of rain in late winter/early spring and a lull in autumn, this creates milder temperatures in those months.
I'd give it a solid B, because although it's fairly cool all year round, summer would be that bad and the warm nights would be a solid bonus.
B. More like forever summer... What are the sun averages? Also I would argue that the summer period could be a little warmer, and the winter nights could be a lot colder to become an A* climate... Rain is high and enough... Also if you put in the sun averages that would have made a better or worse effect on the grading - Without sunshine averages I cannot give an accurate grade
