Why such a seemingly random set of cities? How about a "none of the above" category. I actually grew-up in Denver and enjoyed the climate at the time, but, when it comes to weather, I can think of about a dozen other cities I much would prefer over any of those in your list.

That's Columbus, OH I'm guessing. I choose Nashville for the best balance of moderate winters and summers that aren't too oppressive.

NYC for me.

Not much of a choice, if I'm being honest. I not interested in Houston type heat, and don't like dry climates or cold, but NYC is a reasonable compromise and has coastal moderation, so it will have to do.

There aren't many decent Oceanic climates in the US, that I can see - such a shame.
