I'd probably take Constanta, but Bratislava is pretty good, like a better version of a german climate.

I'll go with Constanta. It's the driest and has decent sunshine and temps.

Bratislava, Szeged and Florence would be next. Bergen is the worst, it's pretty much intolerable.
