just wondering if some one out there has ever seen a lunar rainbow. i saw a lunar rainbow about 20 years ago for about 1 half hour and it was all white with no visible colours at 12: midnight.

Well,

Normally from March-June one can be seen under a full moon in Yosemite. I want to try to capture one this year. Check out this site for some pictures and forecast for 2009: Moonbow

the lunar bow that i saw was in the middle of the night and was created from a rain cloud at 12: midnight it was a rare event never seen a bow at night exept that one it was all white.and it was a full bow end to end i ask alot of people if they ever seen moon bow from rain clouds and they all said no some were 80 years of age.
