Time Warner Weather Channel (city, South, house)

I just thought I would throw this out there. I'm staying at somebody's house and they have Time Warner (Southern CA). We are located in the City of Diamond Bar. Whenever the local at 8s come up, the local city is Glendora CA which is 30 mins away. I do however get the Diamond Bar Government channel. Any thoughts on this? I went into my DVR set up to see if I can change the zip code but nothing. This is not when I hit the remote to pop up my local weather.
