Thanks. Up to a quarter inch of ice on top of the snow? Enough to cause power outages and make roads impassable. I guess it's just wait and see at this point.

Should be a good snowfall up your way. Perhaps up to a foot of snow (15-30 cm). They're also calling for heavy totals in Upstate NY (10-14 in/25-35 cm).
