They're all D-grade or worse climates. I find myself unable to pick one since they're all so awful.

I guess I'll pick SA for having the best record low (that's the best reason I can think of ).

I thought New Orleans was significantly more humid than Jacksonville, but looks like it just depends on the month. In that case I give the edge to Jacksonville for rainier summers. Also the extra sun in the winter is nice.
