Steve, I'm so glad you posted this. Isn't that amazing? I saw that on TWC, but they didn't say 100 years. They said something about "the first snowfall in many memories". Wasn't sure what that meant. Oh duh~just read the article and it's "in living memory". I understand now.

I am curious though how do you react to something that you never have seen before.
I wonder if the first thought would be to run inside not knowing what is falling from the sky. I only seen a very short clip on the broadcast channel, it would be interesting to watch the reactions with their first snow.

I saw something about it on TWC, too. There were older people and children dancing out in the streets, kind of like in a circle and it reminded me of "ring around the rosy". They probably knew what it was and thought it was a miracle or something.
