Cool nights year round, anemic highs, dangerous temp swings and most of all extreme gloom.

I'm curious about the day to day variability, care to post what a typical month would look like?

D. Way too gloomy. Also impossible, since you could never have that much diurnal range with so much cloudiness.

^^^ that's debatable. Some equatorial climates are very cloudy yet manage to warm up by 7+ degrees °C during the day even on overcast days (see Quibdo, Colombia). The OP's climate is obviously at a low latitude and high altitude, hence a very strong sun, so that could very well be possible. (But then the record highs and low are unrealistic).

Finally a climate with variable temperatures. It's just too boring for it to have 50°F highs for 30 days in a row.
