With light rain?! Not good summit weather. If the rain increases, there's a risk of hypothermia. I've been on the summit in low 40s with moderate wind it's fine only wearing a light jacket. But with light rain it's not good. I was thinking of going up there, by the forecast looked bad
Sounds like it's only hypothermia-inducing if you're not wearing the right clothes.....
