That's after a "tropical morning' here today, low was 21C / 70F
Temps won't fully recover (over 20C) until wed or thurs
Wow 9 C? That is incredibly cool for this time of the year.

Looks like Fri & Sat there's a chance. Not here though.

Latest Euro for BDL. 100% clouds. Looks like some good rain coming.

After tommorrow the next time we get dew points into the 60s is when we get into the 80s (lol)..

Doesn't look too bad though next 10 days

My pick of the week is Wed or Thurs. Not sure. Euro says a lot of clouds Wednesday now. Thursday says only 50% at most.

The Northwoods begin north of Wausau, that is the Canadian Shield Lakes Region. I predict Tomahawk and Manitowish Waters up there will have lows in the 25-27F range, a killing freeze is very likely.

Weather Bell summer forecast update

Chicagoland poised to be near normal or just below normal according to JB and company. He's usually right

He does state in his summary today that the current MJO amplitude is shaping up very similar to the 2002 El Nino pattern.
http://www.weatherbell.com/saturday-summary-may-30-2015

Here it is back in 2002

and here was Chicago's summer then (not too bad)

So hopefully that teleconnection would be a positive one for us.... Also notice, that May 2002 was quite cool compared to this May, which looks to end up about a degree above normal (mean). It was also a soaking wet spring in 2002.

Weird temperature inversions this morning - 65F in Philadelphia, but then 69F in Allentown (50 miles north and 200 ft higher in elevation) and 70F in Scranton (another 100 miles north of Allentown and over 700 ft elevation). Scranton's really bringing the heat this May! At least 12 days of 85+ there so far this month

Interesting. So I really like this morning.

Cloudy, temps in mid 60s and dewpoint in low 60s. Its feels sticky but not warm. Comfortable in shorts and T-shirt walking around.

Maybe its just a moment in time. Lol. My preferences are out of whack sometimes. Lol!

I think if its gonna be muggy I prefer it in the morning and cloudy.
If its sunny I prefer very dry and cool
