Remember the rules: The twin climate must NOT be in the same continent.

Somalia is very close but a different continent. Assab, Eritrea and Djibouti City have similar annual means but Berbera has hotter days in July. Somewhere near Dallol but higher elevation might work too.
This one's tough. I found a few islands with similar seasonal ranges but they were too cold (Chatham Islands) or too warm (Vila do Corvo) Some places in northern California fit the high temperatures but not the lows or precipitation pattern (ex: Fort Bragg, Fort Ross, San Francisco).
Hawaii probably has a matching place but I can't find one. The diurnal range is a little big it seems. A little warm, closer but too wet.
A high-altitude equatorial place would probably have the low yearly variation, mild temperatures, and wet conditions to match

Is that supposed to be a twin climate to Mecca? Muscat (and your earlier mention; Riyadh) are in the same continent of Mecca. So they're invalid, as per rule of this thread.
