I found 3 locations with climates similar to that of New York City. Which do you think is the best climate out of the 3?

Lbuljana's minimum temps in the summer are a lot lower. Same with Ankara. I'm going with Gangneung

Ljubljiana for excellent temperatures all over the year and very nice precipitation in all months. And the sunshine is nice and livable. A little lower than Ioannina or the same sometimes.

Ankara is the best of those climates, but I wouldn't consider any of them good as they all have harsh winters.
