A look at where the long awaited front is as the sun goes down. About to enter Ohio and central Indiana. Temps in the 80s & 90s ahead of it, 70s behind (not cold at all, nothing impressive)

High of 85 F today. I'm starting to see a minor cool down in the 10 day starting on Saturday night. Monday morning could have a 60 F low. My first since May 23rd.

Yeah, I been looking and waiting for single digits (C°) at 850mb and it's just not coming. Just keeps looking warm now with each update past 10 days.

Everything is just in the wrong spot for me.

Current Upper Flow. That Upper Level low is not supposed to be in Manitoba or that far north. Come to Southern Quebec please!! And that SouthEast ridge needs to get squashed ASAP

Tied the record high of 93 F/34 C today. It was also the hottest day of the year. Pretty unusual for that to happen in September.

Yet another 90 F/32 C day is expected tomorrow.

Yup!!.. Enjoy it SouthEast you lucky bastards. lol

Near record at that level (cold for this time of year) and yet that will not make it to New England. Record at 850mb over Birmingham is about 11C

But under and around the ULL below normal with rain and storms on the East side of it..

There are no 90's in the forecast after tomorrow. The cold front will arrive Thursday/Friday and will hopefully bring decent rainfall.

Yeah, it looks like we will get a taste of fall this weekend. On Sunday, TWC is showing 81/56F and sunny.
