Got a response back. Brunswick has indeed gotten fixed.

" Both of these are values that were received via our shef feed. Unfortunately, they were not "bad enough" to be caught by our quality control process. For Brunswick, we have since received the updated data from NCEI, so that value is now correct in ACIS. For Cuthbert, we will not be receiving the final data from NCEI for a couple of months and (as long as they catch it in QC) should get removed at that time"

Brunswick 23 S is on Cumberland Island. I don't know why it says WBAN, since that is a COOP station. Looks the lowest temperature recorded was 59 F, not 32 F.

Probably the last 90°F+ readings of the warm season in France today. Up to 32.9°C/91°F in Carcassonne.

Lightning strikes in the last 2 hours:

Nice to see bottles covered with dew as soon as I take them out of the fridge. Reminds me of summer.

Damage from a tornado in France today. So much for stone buildings handling high winds better than wooden homes:

Weaker (it seems) tornado in Belgium:

Strangely enough, it's only 80 F/27 C here. So I'm experiencing cooler weather than some borderline subarctic climate at 51 N. So that's pretty cool.

Man, what a storm we're having right now easily the best one we've had all summer. Pretty damn sweet. Although I plan on going running at 8, so hopefully it stops by then.
